Increasing Campaign Effectiveness with Social Media

        ABSTRACT

There is no doubt that social media is growing in popularity and taking a bigger share of consumer mindshare. But in trying to separate the hype from the reality, many marketers and brand managers are struggling to understand what level of investment should be made in social channels. To help them, Syncapse conducted an extensive study of more than 4,300 consumers across North America. From our research we found data which demonstrates that by investing in social media, marketers and brand managers can increase their campaign effectiveness and achieve a greater proportion of positive brand recommendations.
