        Building Capability Through Maturity Assessments

        ABSTRACT

Organisations must continually adapt to meet the challenges of changing economic conditions and deliver their strategic objectives. A maturity assessment is a technique for identifying the current capability and consistency of organisational behaviour. The results of the assessment will provide a roadmap for ongoing improvement and progression towards realistic and achievable goals that meet the strategic goals of the organisation.
